OEO Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow our team two to three business days to pack and ship your order, though it may often be quicker. Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. 

There are occasions when items are on backorder or need to be specially ordered. In these instances, and when not properly indicated on the product page, you will be notified and given the opportunity to select a substitute product or cancel the order. 

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. On International orders, the purchaser is responsible for all import customs clearance, duties, and taxes upon delivery. International orders do not have a guaranteed delivery time and are currently experiencing delays. Thank you in advance for your patience.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We always suggest customers start with a trial order to confirm the right product solution for your application. We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on the trial; the customer is responsible for return shipping (unless the return is the result of errors made by OEO). 

Return Process 

Please contact us to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for all returns. Request for return must be made within 14 days of delivery and products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. After receiving the RMA, place the items securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

A 20% restocking fee may apply to items returned to OEO for products not returned in their original packaging. OEO reserves the right to waive the restocking fee if the product is exchanged.

All returns must be authorized in advance. If the product being returned has been used or opened, please be detailed when you give the reason for your return. We will try to accommodate return requests, but we reserve the right to deny returns on opened and used products, especially those that have not been authorized in advance.

Please note that if there is not a manufacturer defect with the item, we are unable to pay for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the package and deem that the items are in new condition, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items. 

Special orders, custom products, and close-out purchases are not eligible for returns. Outbound shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns on items that are past 30 days of the original purchase date, regardless of the reason. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
